THE SKY by Jamiu Ahmed

THE SKY

The sky is the mystery mirror of the nature
that reflect the magical aurora at dawn
Where beautiful azure hues radiantly glitters
But disappear into the space after a while

The sky is the mystical dome of the universe
The celestial sphere of vault like a cloudy air
That house the extraterrestrial bodies in array
Sun, moon, stars and planet are its occupants

The sun shines at day, the moon light at night
The planets revolve the sky in constellation
Like a concentric circles that goes on and on
Stars are the ornaments of the sky at night

Rainbow, mirage are illusions on the horizon
Where hope, dreams fade into an apparition
The sky thunder and light whenever it's crying
As earth is ready to engulf its tears of blessings.

REVIEW by Akinwale Philip Peace.

Brilliant work, Sir Jamiu Ahmed. Your qualification of the sky in line 3 is really interesting, Sir. I like the concept, I'm a nature freak too.
Stanza 2 opens with _unknowable_ mystery of the sky as the persona describe it as the extraterrestrial home, meaning that, immortal bodies living in the sky are rootless and foundations are unknown nor could be raveled with the human thought, not even science!

Stanza 3 tells of the brilliance and _effectivity_ of the sky at day and night. It tells of what made up the sky too.

The last stanza is the brilliant bodies useful to human in all sense of imagination and often time, sensual and emotional feelings are arouse from constant and right feelings with nature.

In all, the poet has beautifully expressed the great essence of the sky.

Well done, Boss. Kudos
